Allows the specification of brightness of the terrain, ground and fog at different times of the day. Refer to time of day for more information.

TERRAIN

Element contains a list of COLORTIME where the color of the sun is specified vs time of day. The sun will illuminate the terrain.

GROUND

Element contains a list of COLORTIME which is the color of the background (color below the horizon) at different times of the day.

FOG

Element contains a list of COLORTIME which is the color of the fog at different times of the day. Thus at night time you can make the fog less bright.
